During the current World-wide pandemic, Crusader Gifts will continue to provide the best possible service. Our priority is to our staff to remain healthy and safe during this time. Therefore we have reduced our working hours to a 3 day working week, 09.30-1300hrs with skeleton staff, also we have implemented a strict cleaning schedule and Social Distance Ruling.

We are assessing government updates on a daily basis. Our phone lines will be open 09.30-1300hrs, Monday, Wednesday & Friday, any other times please message us through our contact webpage.

At a time when we are all loosing social contact, we believe we are filling a vital public service in continuing to provide everyone the opportunity to express their love and concern for their friends and relatives, by sending them a gift.

Obviously, we are dependent upon our partners at Royal Mail and other shippers to deliver your goods, but at the moment, they are doing all they can to cope with demand, despite having some staff self-isolating themselves. Please note that some postcodes are now restricted, we will notify you immediately of any issues.

The well-being of our employees and customers is an absolute priority and we would like to assure you that our health and safety systems are robust enough to mitigate the risks associated with the coronavirus outbreak.

It may be that our service won’t as quick and as responsive as we would normally provide, but after 16 years of trading online, we will do everything in our power not to let you down.
